Project Focus & Research Scope
Project Scope
The doctoral researcher will join the Tsinghua Conversational AI Lab (CoAI) and contribute to development of advanced reasoning frameworks in conversational agents. The project explores reinforcement learning strategies to align language models with logical multi-step deduction structures.

Required Academic Qualifications
- 1M.Sc. in Computer Science, Data Science, or Mathematics
- 2Strong background in deep learning, PyTorch programming, and natural language processing
- 3Prior research experience or publication record in top AI venues (ACL, EMNLP, CVPR, NeurIPS) is a plus
